Friday Fill-Ins 28

1. I feel good putting up make up! 2. I am going to catch up on blogging.
3. Do me a favour and I will return you one. (but it depends what favour you ask for...no promise)
4. That formula is not just workable but completely unique.
5. It's hard to know how much you care for me unless I care for you too!
(that's how a friendship works out)
6. Adaptation is to follow and suit the needs in a group.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to receive a call, tomorrow my plans include giving extra classes and Sunday, I want to start reading a new motivation book!

IF-Breakfast

This was a fast sketch I did early of this year and I think it's appropriate for this week IF challenge. I am new to Photoshop CS3 and I am still exploring the software now.
Love the second one above with an inverted fluorescent blue background and outlines.

OK, back to the topic, Ms. rabbit is to choose her creative menu of the day. The creative menu consists of donut, cupcake, grapes, apple and orange. If I were her; I would grab all the above for breakfast....turn fruits into smoothie and serving with donut and cupcake!

However, my ideal breakfast is two glasses of low fat hot chocolate milk comes with garlic buns and two green apples. Of course, I love to have nasi lemak ( coconut rice) and Asam Laska Maggi Mee as breakfast once in a blue moon!

Putrajaya Floral Festival 2010 III

 Light washes and brought
the most wondrous elegant mood...
Drop that gorgeous tropical beauty!
Making a connection between
art, photography and my portrait..
Weaving the juxtaposed magical moment!
Miraculous moment that freezed
my movement for a few seconds...

This was the my favourite booth. The arrangement  was pretty simple but the design concept is exceptional innovative. The reflected  mirror panels on the raised platform, coupled up with the
interplay of lightings, did made this booth stands out from others. I am sure, this inspirational installation did speak to many in her own ways...

Yes, it's like a priceless quilt too!

Putrajaya Floral Festival 2010 I

Free admission to a nine day floral festival in Putrajaya

My interest in flower arrangement started on 2007 where I first helped my florist friend getting ready for a local event in KLCC. Then, came along for a two days flower arrangement in Putrajaya. Surely the projects were all fun...
I never missed visiting floral festival in Putrajaya. The first event was in 2007, the second one was in 2009 and the recent one just finished last Sunday. Never thought that weekdays was so crowded too, the visitors were mainly from secondary school students travelling on their school field trip. I think it's a good start, I didn't get to visit anywhere during my school time.
However, I personally prefer the 2007 and 2009 floral festival to this year floral festival, may be due to involvement in the project.
You can find more 2009 pictures here, here and here.
Appealing giant sea shells & green fonts
decorated by some random pink blooms.
Green shrub on wire mess structure
is an innovative green landscape design,
welcoming and drawing attention of its visitors!
Surrounded by beautiful blooms accentuated
my high spirit in happy posing,
yes I was in merry merry mood!
Noticable here I have got little tummy,
after a month of half practising Qi Kung,
my appetite is getting to be so good, abnormally good...
now I eat almost 6 meals a day
got to do sit up to solve this problem.

Me and the colourful bold "1 Malaysia" avatar!
See, it's so huge!
I like the side view better.....

Mouse for breakfast?

This mouse died in my wok. Strange yeah?
The truth.....a few weeks back, I was relaxing a while after my dinner, leaving the wok closed with wok cover.(I normally cleaned up straight away)
I didn't know that the coconut oil I first used that day would attract a mouse!
I heard some funny noise and was surprised to find out one dancing mouse in the wok.....
Without any delay, I closed the wok cover and took the hot boiled water I just prepared and poured into the wok, plus I heated the water and the mouse was officially dead in just a few minutes.
I can't use this wok any more, yeah I got a new one already! As i pictured this, I lost appetite for a few days....:(
