Actually I am on a fairly strict diet too, I am a vegan! No meat, no fish, no dairy, eggs or animal products and I have also decided to stop eating wheat and sugar!

This is a tunnel connecting to the office block.
I am OK but it will take a very long journey for recovery and I have been very patient about it.
