Japanese dolls





Which Japanese doll or dolls do you like?
I like the second photo, those green ones with a family of 3.
It was a series of fast snapsots because the staff alerted me that her boss was watching from a distance!

Tulsa, my friend in Kobe at theartoflivinginjapan, wrote about these dolls recently and how difficult it is to find the real handcrafted ones. They have a name which eludes me at present.

My daughter has a
collection of little ones on keyrings and suchlike.
I love the green family most.
